Blair Nixon, Director/Secretary/Treasurer

Blair Nixon is a partner with Felesky Flynn LLP.

He has been tax counsel to a number of corporations directly involved in the exploration and exploitation of natural resources, as well as corporations providing goods and services to the natural resource section of the economy. He has also lent his expertise to a number of First Nations groups including an umbrella organization negotiating outstanding land claims.

Nixon has also been an advisor to the Joint Taxation Committee of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Bar Association, and to the Department of Finance, the Department of Justice, and the Department of National Revenue on tax matters, policy, and legislative initiatives.
